Bliss Pilates Studio was created to offer a softer, more supportive approach to movement.
After years within the fitness industry, I found myself searching for a way of exercising that felt strengthening without being overwhelming — especially while navigating women’s health challenges and learning to work with my body instead of against it.
Pilates became that space for me.
It helped me reconnect with my body, build strength, improve mobility, and move in a way that felt sustainable through every season of life.
Bliss Pilates Studio was built from that experience.
